Wickett Measurement Systems Inc. was established in 2013. Based in Montreal, the firm serves the Canadian, American and international markets. Through a broad network across the test development and delivery industry, Wickett Measurement Systems is able to advise on and provide for all credentialing program needs. John Wickett, the founder and principal, oversees all client projects to ensure consistent high quality and effective integration.

John is a 20-year veteran of the professional credentialing community. He has worked extensively with dozens of licensing and certification programs across most sectors of the economy, with a primary focus on health care, workplace and financial services. Across his career, John has served as both a psychometric consultant and an in-house expert in a senior management role, giving him a unique ability to marry strong measurement skills with an appreciation of the needs of managing a real-life credentialing program. John received his PhD from the University of Western Ontario in 1997.

John sits on the Psychometric Advisory Panel for the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators and on the High-Fidelity Patient Simulation Subcommittee for the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists. John is also a psychometric commissioner with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
